I think RefWatch is the best on the market. I can track trends that are happening and spot potential issues with my officials (ex. I look at what fouls are being called in every game, but I also look at them by position. So if over a few weeks one official is making inordinate amount of one call and it’s outside the norm of the others at his position, I look at his calls closely to see if I really agree or if he just doesn’t have a grasp on what should be called. Then I can work to improve them).
